Why not create a gmail account then access the console section by paying the $25 account operations fee.

According to their response, my account was suspended due to a policy violation, though I couldn’t identify the specific issue. I submitted an appeal, but it was denied. Unfortunately, it wasn't just one account — four of my accounts were affected.

So, I considered an alternative approach: purchasing an already existing account that’s been long approved and ID-verified. Along with that, I planned to use a new laptop, operate from a different location, and connect via a new network (which provides a new IP address), in hopes of successfully uploading the app.
