There is nothing wrong here This is known as Consortium, it is when two or more independent companies collaborate temporarily to pursue a project or contract, while still remaining separate legal entities. In tendering and contract bidding, this arrangement is often referred to as a consortium bid. There is Joint Venture (JV) which is when companies form a new legal entity together to execute a specific contract or project. What we should be concerned with is how much the project cost and if the project is being carried out Soludo did no wrong here, cos it is allowed legally |

That's is what is called Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). It is done the world over . Firms come together to win bids. A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) — also called a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) — is a separately created legal entity (such as a limited liability company, trust, partnership, or corporation) that is established by a parent company or group of investors for a specific, narrow purpose. |

What's the meaning of 6 days old? All companies had their first supplies, it's not by age but by performance, I taught you would be talking about the records, that is if the supply was made or not, but if it's a Chinese company that is unknown, you will gladly accept without questions. |

Glad we're having these threads today. Watch out, in perhaps 8 years time, if he decides to contest for the highest office in the land, the same people blasting him today would swear before their gods he's the saviour Nigerians have been waiting for. ![]() The same way the poster whose comment is pictures below is today telling us Obi, whom he referred to as a CURSE, is a saint deserving of the highest office in the land.

Olatundex22:People like you us the reason some say school na scam..... In a bidding there are different aspects, you must show competence in them. This is same thing Ameachi did during his time as transport minister where he used a company that has zero competence to award Engineering contract to the tune of billions. Prof Yemi stopped his during his time as acting president. This country is messed up, people like you don't care as long as it suits your political narrative |

tuborme:Is he not out-performing Obi again? At least corruption should be a criterion for suitability for elective office, where the more corrupt politicians win. Not saying this is ideal, but, it reflects the stark reality in our current Nigeria. |
