Tinubu must ensure that tribes can co-exist and trade peacefully.Ever since he assumed office, there has been tension in Lagos. He so far have not uttered a single word regarding the malicious activities in his home town.

And who will bear the grunts, Igbos or Yorubas?
kettykin:
I hope these urchins don't escalate situation to a point where Aba and Onitsha will reply like the did early 2000 that tamed kaduna and kano riots.

Rather than allow fragile peace to reign, the bigotry has left street renaming and has gone into the markets. I pray igbos don't retaliate.

The cock is already coming home to roost, the seed they plant will one day germinate.
According to the story, the Igbo merchant killed a kogi boy. Has kogi people been planting any seed in Igbo land that warrants this killing or you just assumed because it happened in Lagos then it must be igbo versus Yoruba without reading the story?

As he couldn't control his anger, he will now spend the rest of his life being miserable in kirikiri where he will regret this very day....

I hope this doesn't stoke tribal tension sha

This situation should not be framed as a conflict between Yoruba and Ibo communities. Instead, it was a situation that involved issues of greed and questionable business practices between 2 individuals.

But it is unfortunate that one of them lost his life due to this incident.

Please don't expect Peter Obi to condemned the stabber because he's from his kinsman, neither will he visits the stabbed family because the victim is same tribe with his perceived tormentors!
Rip to the dead. It's high time, Lagos State and her people take charge of their space!

Yoruba has been looking for the igbo man's wahala since 2015..
That wahalaa wey una dey find, when it starts, una no go fit tell when and how it will stop.

Some people live under the illusion that the whole world will come and fight for them again as was the case between 1966 to 1970.

We will see how it goes..
Can we just stop dis Yoruba vs Igbo stuff?....if I were d mod, I'll block all of u abeg....what d hell is wrong with humanity in US all?.....what is dis nonsense?.....

Staying with the topic of discussion without derailing, that's what we know beat to do

Respecting others opinions without forcing ours on them , we have not only practiced that but mastered it instead.

Amarachi , what are you blaming Tinubu for ?
Was he the one that stabbed someone ?
Adeola, Tinubu was the one that asked MC Olumo to beat up igbos who did not vote him. He also empowered his wife to say unprintable things about Igbos. Tinubu is the chief tribal bigot. He deliberately planted ethnic divide to hide his abysmally and unimaginably poor leadership.

I read the story and I also read the part that said the supposed kogi guy's friends mobilized for a reprisal attack. The truth is that the supposed kogi guy won't even be identified as a kogi guy by his friends, they see him as a Yoruba nigga and as usual they feel that "it's time for the igbos to collect".

Tomorrow the government will see reason to shutdown mandalas given one flimsy excuse for their actions.

How are you sure that the people who died in this scuffle are from those you're sending warning to?
Instead of routing for peace, you want crises..
we sue for peace but If the crises starts, the idiot that keeps drumming for violence will be found no where.

Instead of you to blame your Agulu con artist for his religious war tape and ensuing tribal diatribe that followed the election, you are here trying to blame Tinubu as usual.
Simply pathetic but not expected. You are experts at always trying to blame others for everything wrong with you.
