Where are the supporters who claim these policies are successful? If Nigeria has truly made progress against corruption, shouldn't a neutral body like Transparency International be the one to confirm it? Our leaders' actions continually bring embarrassment upon the nation."

The reason he can say this is because he knows Nigerians are foolish and will still vote for him

Some Nigerians are just so stupid and senseless. Just look at almost all the comments above throwing spanners into the wheels of this nation. I don't like tinubu but he is telling the investors what they want to hear. He is marketing Nigeria so that they can bring their foreign currencies and investments. Or you all think you do marketing by telling the truth. Just imagine that the Brazilian investor stumbles upon this page, he won't bring a kobo to us anymore. Then you hop on a plane and fly abroad and disrespected because of your demarketing. You will start shouting that nigeria has happened to you, not knowing that you are the one happening to nigeria with your senseless and myopic posts. Shame on you all.
I haven't seen such an insulting and shallow comment in a long time. Is this your idea of marketing? Investors need data, not baseless claims from an out-of-touch president. It's a truly embarrassing ATTEMPT.

the biggest sources of corruption in Nigeria (fuel and forex subsidies) have been removed. many of you dont have the inteeligence to understand that. in addition, digitizing revenue sources e.g customs, VAT etc remove avenues for corruption.

there is still corruption but curbing corruption is not by noise. Sometimes removing the avenues for stealing without making noise halts corruption quietly.
Interpreter.

Why do you always have to interpret for people to understand what Asiwaju awon ole meant?

Which one of your own senators and representatives since 1999 informed you that Obasanjo, Yar’Adua, Jonathan, Buhari and Tinubu did not allow them to propose restructuring amendments to the 5 constitutional amendments that have already passed in the 26 years of our democracy?

Are you working with your own senator and representative as well as state legislator to get your restructuring agenda on the 6th amendment to the 1999 constitution currently being debated huh
We both know that there’s no way Tinubu will want restructuring and it won’t be considered even at the apex parliament, so let’s stop going in circles. Corruption is here to stay for a long time

Why make such an assertion... The president is only telling the world what he's convinced about especially as he's fed by his cabinet and people dearly close to him in Aso rock and Lagos.

Let him prove it by allowing restructuring and amendments of the constitution, let anti-graft agencies, police chiefs and the judiciary be based on elections and not appointments.

Also let the penalty for stealing anything or receiving gifts items that exceeds your monthly salary be death by firing squad on national Tv, no government position is exempted even the president

Only then I will believe that corruption is no more.

Trust me he’ll be guilty of being killed by his own medicine…. Keep on fooling your followers grin
