I'm currently working 9am-6pm every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. I'm only entitled to one day off, which can only be determined by my Team Lead.

Back with a little understanding. 9 - 5 is used to refer to jobs. Which job is nine hours? Everyone knows 9 - 5 literally means the eight hours of 9 a.m - 5 p.m. The boy should get out!

And the thread was even pushed to FP by some mod to aid in the misinformation.

9-5 means 9am to 5pm everywhere in the world. Nigerian employers are slave masters, and that's why most of us resume work by 8am here.
