Some people seem to misunderstand the basics. You cannot expect a company to pay you without working. The principle is simple: you work, you get paid. That is how it operates.

They are saying, the onboarder is responsible for the marketing whichever way the person can do it including shouldering the marketing cost

The salary is a trick... because if you cannot look for the clients which may have to pay them first , you will not be paid

It also means they do not have their process to get clients themselves..they rely on you to do the work

Why not just call it sales and stop confusing people??

Simply state "this is a sales role" so you don't waste your time or the other person.

We are looking for Onboarding Specialists who will play a vital role in enrolling new users onto the AMBS TV platform, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience from registration to active participation.

Position Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new users of AMBS TV. You will guide them through the sign-up process, help them understand our platform, and provide continuous support to keep them engaged. Your role is critical in growing AMBS TV’s active user base and ensuring user satisfaction.

⚡ Daily Target: Each Onboarding Specialist is expected to successfully enroll a minimum of 10 new users per day onto the AMBS TV platform.

Key Responsibilities

Drive daily user enrollment onto the AMBS TV platform (minimum of 10 per day).

Assist new users with account creation, activation, and setup.

Conduct virtual orientation sessions to explain AMBS TV features and benefits.

Follow up with newly registered users to ensure full engagement.

Resolve user onboarding issues quickly and effectively.

Collect feedback from users to improve the onboarding process.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that attract and retain platform users.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: OND/NCE (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).

Prior experience in customer service, community management, or onboarding is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong digital literacy – ability to use online platforms, social media, and virtual tools.

Proactive, organized, and results-driven.

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Willingness to meet and exceed daily enrollment targets.
