Does riches directly translate to enjoying life. Who u can rich might not think that he is rich. The point is that the basic things of life is what improves quality of life and such things shouldn't be expensive. Good air, clean water, safe roads, good food shouldn't be a luxury

Thats why i said in a sane society. Cos demand for luxury gets built from the bottom up. But when u have extremely poverty and then luxury then the divide is caused by criminality

I have properties in two of the estates mentioned there, I don't consider myself rich, because I have my mates who are doing better and I know it doesn't stop there.

My friend keep quiet if you never visited Festac Town when it was still brand new when all the houses on each street/close were the exact same design and colour, when there was not a single pot hole in the whole estate, when all the security lights were still working!
