A ridiculous post like this that promotes the stereotypes of African as backward, drought striken and incapable of helping itself should not be on the front page. All it has done is to paint the white man as the saviour of the black race. |

Things like this makes me feel ashamed for my people. We always will wait for outsiders to help us...and notice how they lumped Africa as one in the headline. Forgetting that there are many countries and nationalities in Africa. Till date, some people in the west believe that Africa is one big village. That's why no matter the air of superiority you put on here, outside the shores of Nigeria, we are all counted as one. |

God bless this man. Water is life. What he has done cannot be forgotten for a long, long time. Humanity still exist. |

I guess the African country's got no president/leader. SMH. Shame on all bad African leaders. They failed to realise that, all you need is to provide basic amenities (water, road, electricity) and food for your citizens at a highly subsidized rate. I've spent some years outside Africa and what I know is, basic amenities and food are very easy to get, while others are secondary. Reverse is the case in Africa, where we still celebrate roads in 2025. It's really shameful |

Beninwitch:most Africans countries are backward. In Nigeria for example its 2025 and there is no public water system. Many stereotypes are truths |

omoredia:Where are his Wells located in Nigeria?! Do you know them?! The whole story is not different from telling us that Mongo Park discovered River Niger, when people have been existing peacefully enjoying life there before Mongo's great, great great grand parents were born. So, Africans have not been drinking waters before now. If Ryan Hreljac has made any reasonable impact Africans would have been celebrating him. But he is so unknown. |

Morbeta11:What do you mean brought well to Africans. Be specific about the Africans he brought wells to This is the nonsense western media spread. We have our own wells in Africa |

That is humanity in action. This life is not worth living unless it is lived for others. God bless you Ryan for touching lives through the provision of these basic amenities |

I doff my cap champ. Only if he knows that greediness and corruption from the government is the major reason for lack of essential amenities in Africa. |

God bless him...! Akon Rihanna Mane Michael Blackson Jay-Z Etc... More Americans and foreigners have done life-changing and meaningful things for Africans than wealthy Africans living in Africa. An average wealthy Senator or politician is not moved about whether the people living in his backyard have basics. They all stay in mega cities until it's time for elections, then come back to buy votes. |

Only the igb….could possibly birth a child with such compassion and empathy anywhere across Africa and Nigeria in particular. Not the others that have entrenched fraud and criminality into the fabrics of their culture and society to the extent it appears a major requirement to be a king or political leader in their society is evidence of past fraud dealings, especially credit cards fraud, BEC or investment fraud. |

this is the most ridiculous post ever, no wonder, they think we dont build wells or dont have the iq to build one Many nigerians do build wells not well but boreholes for people in their communities and it does not make news when a pink man does it, it becomes news and then they create a narrative of saving africans the narative is framed in a way like we africans can not do anything without the pink man. i see some people praising the man but they dont understand the damages, this type of narraitives is pushing. |

This is not good at all. The world have moved past this beggarly and miserly disposition by Africans. Take charge of your destiny and hold your leaders to account. |

Good one in every race good people exist but the difference is the number of good black people are very few and majority are selfish and greedy...that why someone can have billions in his acct but his brother is suffering poverty...imagine Uganda have government oooo ,that might be borrowing money for one project or the other, converting it to private pockets, while their citizens is without decent drinking water.... |
