And you're blind to see where I said it was a statement by the chairman of the said meeting, who was shot but survived.
You can even force the helpless man to make a spurious statement nah
This is not the first time we saw something like that.

Anambra people always call anybody from Ebonyi nwaabakaliki

They are too tribalistic. When I was a student in Anambra, I faced discrimination. Every little thing they will call me nwa Aba.

Anambra is like South Africa to any Ebonyi indigen

Anambraphobia
It is not tribalism, Nwa Aba is a proud name.
I'm proudly Nwa Aba, Ask Ruff coin, OUK, etc.

quote author=Depriest2020 post=136616495]Please take note that the killings were carried out by Ebonyians against themselves in other to stop the said meeting from holding.

This was according to the chairman of the meeting who was amongst the survivors of the attack, his testimony was what calmed the tension between Anambra and Ebonyi.

The said meeting was called for, to condemn the activities of some bad eggs amongst them, causing problems for them peaceful and hard working ones, living and doing legit work in the state.

Apparently this didn't go down well with the said bad eggs, who stormed the meeting venue demanding for the chairman before opening fire. Please kindly search for the said interview of the survivors.[/quo

You've qouted otherwise different from that of the the government of Ebonyi ,so it is expected that you furnish us with your source and further investigations since you seem to know it all better than the authority itself.

They hate them with Passion, They see them as the outcast (OSU)
There is no such thing as referring them as Osu, anyways that caste system was invented by envious and evil People from Anambra in the olden days to keep massaging their ego, the whole thing is a scam, just like the way they have refused to let go of Biafra because of their selfish evil agenda. Igbo land is messed up, believe me. They need someone to change their orientation about life generally

The triggering narratives used to spread this very news item are really dangerous.
Folks are desperately making it look like these ones were killed because they were Ebonyi people living in Anambra.
This very instigating pattern of story telling is not a coincidence as it may seem from the surface. This is part of a very dangerous campaign to create disunity between South-eastern states. And it is coming from the media wing of the ruling party

The way Nigerians are so obsessed with South Africa is getting weird and disturbing. All these barbaric killings are happening in Nigeria,a country South Africans don't even visit or think about but for some reason a Nigerian will make sure he does not go to bed before uttering the words "South Africa" shocked grin grin

I am waiting for the comment of the Commander-in-Chief of the country. He is the one that has the ultimate authority to stop this mess in the country. But I'm sure he is not even in the country as we speak.
A leader who is busy galavanting around the world when his country is under fire is not a true leader.
Tinubu is not elected to stop Ibos from killing Ibos

Re: Eleven Killed In Anambra Attack Buried In Ebonyi by ohhippie(m): 11:36am On Aug 29, 2025
I do not know why Anambra people generally hate Ebonyi people. Even if they catch a thief, they will force him to say he is from Ebonyi. From my observations,Ebonyi people are more Honourable than Anambra people, in morals,in honesty, in trustworthiness and in brotherliness. They need a reorientation.

I love Ebonyi people, Anambra people are so tribalistic that they hate to refer to Ebonyi people as Igbo.
Not seeing them as non igbos is better, they see them as nonhumans that shouldn’t be existing on the planet.

You keep lying to yourself and recycling old unfounded stories.
If you keep this up, you'll end up lying to young people and even your children, just to make yourself feel better.

The same Anambra has thousands of Ebonyi living and working peacefully - even in my town.
But go on.

truth they don't regard them as Ibos that I know. The orientation will be hard because many parents are already selling the idea into their children's head already
