Get another hard drive, put windows on it.

Remove the hdd that has your files on it and keep.

Cos even if u create another account, there are sure ways of accessing files on the other account!!!

Just create multiple user accounts on your computer. Restrict user access to your own account. You can share accees to all programs with the new account for your staff
