Religion of light indeed

Just like in the case of the young girl Deborah killed and burn some years ago, security are always overwhelmed by crowd leading to their death.
So what are they security for? Are they not armed to disperse the crowd? Or they willingly give the victims to the crowd cus that's what they too wanted, too many unanswered questions

It's a shame that some youth in a develop country can still behave this backwards intellectually... what happen to freedom of speech in this country...as for the security personnel there should be ashame of themselves for not being able to protect her with guns in their hands

Why is it that Islam is a religion of backwardness and violence now I can reason why there is no development concerning education and social life. Even in other Muslim countries there is religion tolerance and we can't be Muslim than them but here they are blind followers been lead by a blind leader. Nonsense

Religion of peace! If you practice this religion and still you don't see anything wrong with it, then I put it to you that something is wrong with you. This,certainly,is not a way to serving or worshipping God,but some evil practices designed to manipulate and deceive mankind to eternal damnation and condemnation before God Almighty. Those guys — murderers — simply carried out what their book — Quran directed them to do. We,as believers,actually need to pray the redemption of their souls. They're the lost sheep!

Bruh you have no idea. I remember during NYSC, I was greeting a colleague (at my PPA) as regard fasting.m, that he should take things easy since he hasn’t eaten.

Only for baba to tell me he has eaten very early in the morning, I mean i was shocked, so i had to clarify “You have eaten early this morning, I thought you said you were fasting” lol.

Instead of the religious fanatic to clarify his religious rite, that is how baba got angry. Saying i said this is not fasting since they have eaten early in the morning

An Open Letter To Dr/Mr/Chief Seun Osewa

1) First and foremost, I wish to thank you very profusely for establishing a forum such as the Nairaland Forum.

2) Since it's creation it has served as a veritable avenue to feel the pulse of public/individual opinions or views.

3) However, lately, the rate at which accounts are suspended or barred is getting to a stage of stifling opinions that are critical of issues brought to the Forum without stating why such punitive measures are taken against alleged "offenders".

4) This state of affairs is an affront on the concept of "free speech" and, this is undesirable.

5) Opinions/views may differ but truth is sacred.

6) I would crave your indulgence to address this anomaly without further delay.

No! Just be careful and wise around northern Muslim in the northern part of the country. Come to the west here, you can say anything to Muhammad or jesus, nobody dare try to kill you or beat you, person wey go beat or even kill them done dey ready. The height of barbarism and savagery! It's the day that madness called lynching people for alleged blasphemy will be tested deeply in Southern Nigeria that these uncircumcised cowards will have a proper retaliatory chapter in the in the dark side of the Nigeria history Book.
