If the voters are low, it is never a problem of one party. It is a factor that affects all candidates involved. Your party campaigned, distributed items, but many still didn't show up is your party problem and not river state Inec problem. As it affects your party, it affects other parties too. So far the voters are enough for someone to emerge, there is no problem about that
