oga try use Google for better understanding on wht u are being told.. Meanwhile, Top up is basically u using ur HND or Bsc to enroll fr another one to get fresh certificate instead of goin to run 4-5 years certificate

U can't come with Msc when u told dem u goin for first degree, unless ur boss is very kind to grant u extension of study leave. It a normal process & step.. Except PGD format, then Msc which may go beyond ur leave

I heard over 400k with many allowances like quarterly, 13th month, hazard for some departments etc. It's a very good place.
