I don't think the outcome of the Premiership will change this season. This Arsenal team is still not good enough. They have strengthened well but what you see is a team that remains cautious and underwhelming and this is a coaching issue.

Arteta should simply develop big game mentality and the tactics to go with it. This his system will not deliver troplies.

Arsenal really played well. They dominated Liverpool,but the game swung in their favor.
But Arteta goofed by not starting Eze. I don't see the usefulness of Martinelli on that pitch.

Madueke is picking up form so fast. Liverpool didn't play anything spectacular

The second half was more entertaining

Gykores vs Konate
Sallah vs Calafiori
Madueke vs Kerkez
Timber vs Gakpo

Arsenal improved with their marking . Gykores was outstanding for Arsenal. He won aerial ball against Konate which was forced out and giant Dirk was brought down. Zubimendi operated from the midfield without people taken note as he didn't allow the Liverpool midfielders to operate from the midfield

The free kick was perfect, Ryan's attempt was also perfect as he saw the ball and made 1,2 steps but the ball was curled to the angle corner

My man of the match in this game is Kerkez, he stopped most especially Madueke from getting across or made descent crossing. His tackling was clinical

you can't just buy players and rush him to start, you have to balance the system. You don't know maybe eze was brought to be a back up.

Arsenal obviously came to draw this game from their body language from the start.

It appears Arteta simply believes he cannot win at Anfield and so it is. Playing Merino, Rice and Zubimendi masters the midfield but provides no outlet going forward. It was unnecessary. Eze should have started. He is a proven ball carrier, is fit, in form and has just won something. Incidentally it was a Zubimendi mistake that led to that peach of a goal.

forget they will still lose. There have fans make them play wild game at home, it's hard for them to lose at home some times, but you see they may drop point on the road, every EPL team has it weak point
