Someone else helped her to put the cement bags on her shoulders. She didn't lift them to her shoulders by herself.

I can't even carry one bag by myself. I'd rather pay aboki to carry it for me. But that doesn't mean she can beat me in a standard fight. 😏

It is very wrong to lift with your back like she did. She will end up causing herself back injuries later and there's no remedy for that. Anyone properly trained to lift knows that you lift with your thighs. You squat, grab what you want to lift and then rise. Your legs and thighs distribute the weight and pressure is reduced on your back.
