Salvation and condemnation both starts with the congregation (church) but there is only one religion that stands for what Jesus taught in the Bible this religion was recognized by their activities which goes exactly the same way Jesus did that's what led some observers in Antioch to call his disciples: CHRISTIANS Act 11:26

Today different religions are claiming Church of Christ but in the first century all the disciples of Christ had one line of thought {John 17:22; 1Corinthans 1:10; 1Peter 3:8} so if anyone refuses to abide by the teachings of the small group that's in Jerusalem back then such a person or group of persons will be shunned! Romans 16:17; 2John 10-11

That is how they were able to maintain the oneness throughout where they are since every teaching and doctrine comes from the small group in Jerusalem.

Today what people call Christianity is different religions with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines all claiming believers in Christ because they protested due to oppression by the religion that began in the year 590 C.E known as Catholic Church. This religion is political in contrast with the real group Jesus commissioned in the first century who had nothing to do with worldly politics! John 17:14-16

So there is just one group representing Jesus in Nigeria today but it's a pity that just as other religions hated Jesus' group in the first century that's the same kind of hatred they have for this group today.

Why did all religionists hate Jesus' group back then?

Well Jesus claimed he is the Way to Salvation {John 14:6} as predicted by a prophet in ancient Israel {Isaiah 35:8} and as their founder said his disciples were also claiming that it's only within their group people can get salvation since they are the only people who knew what Jesus taught and going about from house to house and door to door teaching whoever gives them a listening ear! Matthew 10:11-15

Jesus was talking about the WORKS that people do which is either good or evil and since Jesus is the same person who will call the dead back to life he will only call the virtuous {Job 14:13-15} back to life but as for those whose works are wicked Jesus won't raised them back to life! Psalms 9:17

God has nothing more for humans other than EVERLASTING LIFE that is what none of Adam's descendants deserves so God called it undeserved kindness or in other words Grace.

If we come knocking on their doors they will be claiming:
They are born again.
They have their own church.
They are busy.
But now he wants to claim there is more than everlasting life as reward.

Any additional reward is after you get eternal life. Thereafter, it is you that will work for your reward which is simply the outcome of your work, not the outcome of your eternal life.

Because Jesus simply put it, my kingdom is not of this world.

If you don't work you will live the life and die poor. No reward
