You're wrong. Very wrong

Don't ridicule your country. It's not needed
U act like u don't know ur country? Look at whats happening in the senate. I'm not saying the accusations are true but look how it's been handled.

That lady has been suspended and victimised.

All these multinationals are now frowning at office romance. Before they overlook it and see nothing wrong with it even when issues like paternity fraud comes to the fore

Men, always led into trouble by the fairer sex!
That's not true. It depends on the company. The public sector is so useless, so anyone can do anything and get away with it. But you see the private sector, you cannot try it. Nigeria failed because the public sector failed.

The company wasn't do well under him...they just used the office romance as an excuse to replace him

In Nigeria and maybe Africa a CEO can get away with rape of a subordinate.
Trump got away with his.

The ladies did not report it and another one took hush money.

He also didn't rape anybody. it was groping many years ago and largely unproven..

it only came out when he wanted to contest for president. Probably sponsored by rivals.

That poster is right! Let's be sincere- office romance is very common in Nigeria regardless of what the organization says about it. If this happened in Nigeria, the boss would have retained his job, the woman would have been rude to everyone because of her relationship with the boss, the job would have suffered and nothing would have happened
That is only when the boss is owner of the company or the top executives that have power to sack has not being brief and provided with genuine evidence.

No organisation or company condone with that in Nigeria. Countless top CEO has been sacked or step down because of office romance. You guys should be more expose before contributing in this kind of discussion in public.

Sex is ALWAYS a trophy for men..
And not for women.

Society shames women for having sex while praising men for the same thing.

A lot of women can do without sex
Men cannot.
They want to stick their preeks in every towtow

Some women may not be facially attractive, but physically endowed.

Self control is the most important factor for men when relating with the opposite sex.

No it does not happen everywhere.

In Nigeria most sidechicks know their position and usually try to maintain their lane and stay out of sight so long as the man keeps spending money on them. grin

It is oyinbo sidechicks that typically start talking about marriage then start seeking for ways to oust the wife

NO, men has been the reason for their undoing. If you have self-control and discipline which is expected of you, you won't be paraded for things like that.

The man approached the woman, the man started the relationship. It's high time, you stop blaming women for everything. Adam had a choice not to eat the apple, it wasn't forced down his throat because I know that's what you will say next. You lots don't see the likes of Joseph to take a clue from. You emulate bad behaviour and blame it on the women as always.

Interesting.

Went down because he wasn't professional and didn't follow the rules.

Like the other CEO and his HR lady from the Coldplay concert.
GloriousGbola

Like I said on another thread, there's a subtle global pendulum shift happening now towards Conservative-ness.

Before, they would never have fired the CEO, at most there would be transfers for the junior staff. All would be swept away discreetly.

There was also 2 American News Anchors who got fired for an affair. And they're still together because their spouses divorced them and they can't admit to the world or themselves how big a mistake they made.

This is also applicable to medical personnel.
Your patients are your patients for life.
No love interest on or off the hospital. Even if consensual fling. Once its discovered, you automatically loss your pin and face the medical court.

For UK, yes.
Other countries, I do not know.

People should know how to set boundaries because interests like this affects performance.

When asha'wo is very cheap out there, what a way to retire

Was it not in this country a citizen stopped an airline from taxing and has been made a representative of the industry, no questions asked, not even a slap on the wrist. Where else in this blue coloured world does this happen.

Please stop the sanctimonious postulation. Law and order in Nigeria is a joke. What do you think has taken us to where we are today. Just pray you do not become a victim.

Nothing concerns CEOs in Nigeria.

They can even rape subordinate and nothing will happen except victim shaming and subsequent dismissal while protecting the CEO.
Infact, they believe it's their right to have affair with you, part of the reason you work under them is to satisfy their unending sex.ual urges

This one even had a consensual affair and he was still nailed.
Chei..
Nigeria has nobody enforcing its' laws, you can actually sue people for this. A woman has sued for wrongful termination and won, here in Lagos.

Don't do anyhow in Multinationals in Nigeria, because those ones will not tolerate Nigerian anyhowness once one party knows their legal rights.

We don't test the law. By the time you're ready to go to court, the legal costs, the fact that Nigerian Judicial system is messed up (constant strikes, your case can take 3 years), you'll be ready to settle out-of-court because the Defendant will send emissaries to come and beg. You'll just tell yourself "the stress isn't worth it".

You do not know anything about their milo.
Nestle milo from various branch countries tastes different. As a matter of fact, Nigerian milo has the highest amount of sugar and drinking it poses more health risk. But it's Nigeria, there is nothing like quality control.

Also, whether share plummet or not has nothing to do with that.
