So there are people using CNG but we all claim that no one is using CNG, It's only when government correct price that's when we always know that there are lots of you using the products. |

Make e go 1000 per SCM sef..E go too sweet my belle aswear. The reason this was introduced has been defeated. Nigerians are not good people. Despite the availability of cng for their vehicles, the road transport workers still charge exorbitant prices to maximize their gains., further making life hard for the poor |

This is why I say Nigerians are naturally wicked. You convert your vehicle to CNG and yet you are charging the same price for Uber like someone who uses petrol. |

You people are yet to see anything. CNG for personal vehicles has always been a scam. CNG is an industrial gas and used for powerplants and ships. Those ones will always have priority over car users and are not as price sensitive as car owners. CNG's price is going to increase overtime and it won't be any different from petrol in the long term. Just avoid it if you can. It's not worth it spending millions to convert your car to CNG only to end up facing the same problems as you did with petrol. |

🤣🤣🤣 Eeeeyah !! if you have lived in this country above 20yrs i dont see why anything should come as surprise, this Tinubu govt is even far worst How much was cooking gas before, the moment mama put switch to gas ... price skyrocketed CNG is still cheap becos Nigerians are yet to switch, the moment we go CNG it becomes expensive or more expensive. |

| Re: Motorists React As CNG Price Hits ₦380/SCM by chibuikejohn: 8:37am On Sep 02, 2025 |
The only reason CNG is still relatively cheaper is because the demand is still very low. a lot of people are not comfortable with installing a gas cylinder inside their vehicle and i am one of those people. the moment the demand goes higher, the price will definitely catch up with PMS. Just like cooking gas when people started using it for power generators. |

This government once deceived us with promises of CNG, assuring us it would be four times cheaper than petrol. They removed fuel subsidies, only to turn around and increase CNG price, continuing squeezing us in hardship. Do they truly see the citizens as fools? Why do they make decisions without considering the suffering masses? Instead of uniting against oppression, many of us have allowed division to creep in. We fight tribal wars online while those in power exploit our silence. Some even defend bad governance simply because of tribe, sentiment, or the crumbs they manage to enjoy from this regime. But is this what we have become as a nation? When citizens attempt to protest peacefully, they are met with military personnel, silenced before their voices can be heard. It is painful to realize how powerless we seem in our own land, unable to openly complain about the hardship we endure daily. But we must remember: power, wealth, and governance are temporary. Every soul shall taste death, and on that Day, every leader will give account of the oppression and every citizen will give account of their silence. This is not just about politics, it is about our future as a people. If we do not stand for truth and justice today, generations after us will inherit chains of poverty, division, and silence. |

From inception, some of us knew it was a bait and very deceptive. We knew it was going to be unrealistic and unsustainable. Let's keep fingers crossed and observe the days ahead. And for the drivers that will buy the product cheaper but will never reflect it in your charges as if it is PMS you're using, God has a way of dealing with you when man cannot! Good morning all. |

OnionBandit:boss you can't blame them. This is Nigeria that you will sleep and the next morning the price of commodity you buy the other night at #20 has gone up to #120 the next morning how will you also feel. Even with CNG keke, most keke rider prefer petrol then the CNG, a rider once told me once his keke is on CNG, it can't move fast then when he swatch go petrol. Let say the keke can go 50kilometers withing an hour on petrol, but on CNG it may take 1 and half hours to cover same kilometers.. |
