Nigeria and Nigerians should hold their respective state Gov to give account. Too much emphasis is placed on the federal government while these NGOs are ignoring the activities of the subnationals.

Painfully, aside Lagos due to the heavy population there, south south especially the coastal areas has more ecological problems than south west

governors are to be blamed most cos the caused 70% of Nigeria problems. Check those states and many will still have problems of flooding.
