My friend's car and driver license was seized today, by FRSC. All his papers were ok. But they told him his Tyre have expired, and fined him N92, 000.

I thought there is a court ruling against what they have done.

Pls how can he handle this problem?

Let ur lawyer visit them asap... in my own view seizing d driver licences is fair but wit d car is not making sense

Yes there was a ruling against it but this is Nigeria anything can happen. They won't listen. There ban is coming soon like VIO

Why would your friend stop fr road safety.id rather stop for popo than road safety. He shud have checked their own tyres. I'm sure jt would be reading 0614
