Our 36 states have no governors. Our 36 states just have a capital. Aso rock. If the president wakes up on the wrong side on the bed one morning, the governor of Bayelsa can be suspended. We knew this is how the president operates. We have been seeing it with Lagos. We never thought he would brandish his signature on a Niger Delta state. Here is my plan.
