Anyone paying 580m for a house in lekki is evidently a fool. The house is overpriced, the land is not worth a penny and you'll be lucky to still have a structure in 20 yrs. He's a young man so by the time he is 40 and maybe not earning as much he'll have a house he can't flip nor live in.

Why does his age flop around? One day he's 20, another 22. When exactly was he born?
