That’s Faith’s MO, make you angry and start speaking calmly as if he has achieved something. However if he was truly the master of his emotions, he would not get into these petty squabbles in the first place or feel the need to overcompensate so aggressively.

The problem is Imisi doesn’t want to respect faith as head of the house and faith has been looking for ways to accommodate her irrespective n that is why he introduced the reward things without force , I feel he should have just try to overlook her excesses.
