True federalism dictates and expect every state to be able to take care of itself. What lazy youths like you should be pushing for is for us to go back to true federalism, regionalism which was practiced, which brought about strength of states, groundnut and cocoa pyramids etc...true federalism, full resources control, so state can get the best off their resources and become efficient, since they won't be spoon fed anymore...also state laws to protect our individual states culture, spirituality and heritage, instead of this slave mentality being spread to unborn seeds. We had a strong heritage and history before slave era, before the two main religions captured our souls and minds, before colonialism we had a strong history of Egyptian history, Benin history, Ghana history, Timbuktu etc...we need to go back to regionalism, and true federalism.

I see where they're comparing it to Onitsha, only security and in terms of serene and quiet environment and as a state capital, apart from these it's no where near Onitsha in terms of development. It's even some businesses and industries from across Onitsha that made Asaba booming, in those days the Iweka movie producers chose Asaba for close proximity over Enugu, I know when Asaba was just like village before the influx of people across the naija due to overpopulation in Onitsha. Delta government are not doing much there

Asaba is just a suburb of Onitsha. Onitsha is the main city while Asaba is just like its suburb.

You are very correct. Asaba is a village compare to Onitsha. Onitsha is the economic capital of Igboland. Onitsha has quiet serene neighborhoods as much as busy highbrow areas.
