I think this is true because I had something similar, they are likely to rush it because I heard they are low on staff.

Thought the same thing. if the upfront of some agencies that I have seen here is almost that amount then there's nothing wrong with his decision. he just have to be sure the slot is genuine. cos from the info here they resumed since April.
