From the response of ADC party, they affirmed that the National Library was moved to TetFund for funding.

Why is the ADC not directing an inquiry to the TetFund on the situation with the National Library and the need to complete te project and run the national library through the TetFund especially when Education Tax which is paid by all companies in Nigeria is operated, managed and disbursed by TetFund.

If Remi Tinubu or anyone chooses to donate to the project of National Library, that should not be an issue to flog.

If everybody reason with this kind TEMU sense .. Then we can conclude that the woman wants to cash out from over donations, renaming the monument after herself or husband and also getting more than 10% kick back from contractors...... No be Tpain, akpabio and wike nigeria we dey again.......let madam help the poor to survive their daily meal or go to the hospitals to help those that are unable to pay hospital bills.

I disagree with ADC on this. I know a commissioner who is incredibly principled. This man would never accept a gift. Instead, he would take you around the ministry and suggest you use the gift to benefit the ministry itself.
I respect this man a lot. This man will even tell you that he doesn't even need the gift sef.

That wasnt a National Library, Olodo. That was a Presidential Library and not with public funds but with donations. Same way all ex presidents in the USA have Presidential Libraries set up for posterity.

As for the naming, the Tinubus are free to name even the country Tinubunia. When they are gone we will reverse all the names.

In the US you're talking about, do they use public funds to build the Presidential libraries?. Even after building the Library, they hand it over to the Government, precisely a national agency which will be in charge for operation and maintenance on behalf of Americans. No President past or present can boast of privately owing a Presidential library in the US.
