In the US you're talking about, do they use public funds to build the Presidential libraries?. Even after building the Library, they hand it over to the Government, precisely a national agency which will be in charge for operation and maintenance on behalf of Americans. No President past or present can boast of privately owing a Presidential library in the US.

This doesnt mean that its the same thing as the National Library of Nigeria. It is not.
There is actually a law called the National Library of Nigeria Act and it has been amended in recent years. This is an Act of the NASS. It cannot and should not become the private legacy of the Tinubu family.

there are many things she can initiate as a give back to the socienty rather than funding a library i belived it fund have have been allocated into someones acount. There are people in the hospital the only means of them been alive is for someone to pay their medical bills.
