FIFA have closed that case. You can't force Lesotho to file a claim against SA for fielding an ineligible player.

Also, I believe we are past the timeline for Lesotho to even file a claim.

The current CAF president is from SA and Lesotho are from the same Southern part of Africa as SA, infact, they rely heavily of SA's economy.
