I learnt customs now opens packages particularly when suspiciously packaged then manually verify the price themselves while giving little credence to the declared amount.

Exactly what I had in mind when I saw the outrageous customs fee the guy was asked to pay. So unfortunate, he isn't lucky! I still got redmi Note 13 delivered through Nipost in January this year, with a payment of 1k handling charge only.

Sorry to hear that. I'll suggest you visit a nipost office close to your location. It is very likely going to be there. There's no way clearance glass one month. Give it a try.
