I have a question for you: How do I go about this dilemma.If I am web designer with wordpress and I want to create websites for like 5 clients.Do I need yo download wordpress 5 times for the different clients? If no how do I go about it?

Are all your five client using same domain?
Are you building same website for the different client? if no, understand that each client needs a seperate domain and probably same hosting space if you upgrade your hosting plan

Most hosting companies (e.g., Namecheap, Bluehost, Hostinger) provide a one-click WordPress installer inside cPanel.

If you have multiple clients, you can use a reseller hosting plan or tools like ManageWP / MainWP to manage all sites from one dashboard. youtube is your friend
