What's the need playing this match sef?

Is there any hope of them qualifying?

South Africa is leading us by 9 points, assuming we win the 2 games vs South Africa and Rwanda South Africa will still be leading by 3points then we will hope FIFA deduct 3 points and 3 goals from south Africa to make it even, then win our next two matches in October and hope South Africa drops points in their next two matches!
Such an almost hopeless situation!

Nigeria has played 6 matches of 10 matches with 7 points while South Africa has played 7 matches of 10 matches with 16 points. For Nigeria to qualify, South Africa has to lose two and draw one of its remaining three matches or lose one and draw two of its remaining three matches.
