She is a lawyer, she knows the law. She took the senate to court.

She can either withdraw her appeal or wait for the court judgement.

When She was using her manipulative strategy on us. Crying on life TV saying she was sexually molested without evidence.

I don't and will never support a manipulative women.

What they destroy is something irreversible.

Many people were in jail because of pretence of an evil women.

She need to continue her evil behavior elsewhere.

If someone in her level could come on a TV talking down on our nation.

She is not matured to be a leader.

If She could not manage her emotions such person should not touch power at all.

Believe me person of such characters are evil to be with or around.

Let court decided on her fate.

Some people are ignorant talking down on Nigeria.

Politics is a global thing and it happens everywhere.

Corruption is everywhere in the world,it is whom fall out of alignment with power or someone seen as a threat that was been procecuted.

Nobody should deceive anybody.

Lol. Two can play that game. Something that required a political & diplomatic solution, she took it to court.
Now, all the parties have to wait till the court puts the matter to rest.
What this means is that if the Appeal Court judgment doesn't favor the Senate, it'll appeal further to the Supreme Court and only heavens know how long that'll take.
On the flip side, if the Appeal Court judgment favors the Senate, it then means Sen. Natasha may have to take the matter further to the Supreme Court or abide by whatever pronouncements the appellate court makes (in other words, she will forego her rights to appeal to the highest court/final arbiter) just so that she can resume duties in the upper chambers.
If she takes the latter steps, it becomes a judicial precedent; she has succeeded in boxing herself into a tight corner.

She has served her terms in suspension and should be allowed to resume irrespective of the cases in court because this is now an academic exercise.
I hope they are watching what is happening in Nepal?
Endsars must have been a failure but the next protest would force these people to want to leave the country and never return.

A lot of you don't know how things work but you're always the loudest and that's how you all pushed her into this mess.

When some of us were telling her then that challenging the suspension in court was the wrong way, many of you thought we didn't know what we were saying. Law is one of the fields with the most loopholes and once you can hook yourself with one, getting out might be a problem. If she had challenged it before the suspension commenced, then that would have been a different case. Now they have to maintain status quo and that means things have to remain the way they were when the case was filed.

This even has nothing to do with victimization and things like that, it's just the legal system being messed up as always. Why should a case challenging 6 months suspension last longer than 6 months, that's so unreasonable.

No single individual can be greater than an institution!

This is exactly what the Nigerian Senate is trying to tutor the rascally Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan on.

There are truly many ways to kill a rat!

The Senate is now brandishing the matter before the Court of Appeal as a readymade excuse to extend her suspension.

If what obtains in our legal system is anything to go by, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan may not be returning to the Red Chamber anytime soon.

This is what a mere "I'm sorry" has caused her.

Now that the chips are down, her "supporters" have vanished into thin air leaving her to stew in her own juice!

So when a person is sentenced and during the period of time the person finished serving his or her sentences while the appeal to the sentence is still pending, won't it amount to injustice to ask the person who has fully served his or her sentenced to wait until the outcome of the appeal having been overtaken by event of fully serving the sentenced.
