They claimed that they are an independent arm and cannot be bullied by the judiciary.
So what has changed?
Why are they now waiting for the court before she's officially reinstated?

The simple question you should ask yourself is that, what has APC done that makes Nigerians hate them this much. The common man on the street will give you answers to the question

The last I remember, we still haven't had a political party in we love in Nigeria. What a common man on the street would say in 2006 is the same thing they would say today.
To the best of my knowledge, 5% of Nigerians have always been at the top of the food chain, while the rest suffers. I wonder if most of you guys are kids. If the history of Nigerian economy is not thought in school, try to at least study on your free time.
I'm old enough to know that Nigeria haven't had a day better than the previous one;everything getting worse year on year, but typical of you guys, you want a quick fix without doing something drastic.

Shebi court case soppz dey resolved before she come back? She should retract her statements apologize with recognized news paper as advised, make them allow her come back.

Taking the Senate to court was a big disrespect to the entire Senate, I said this before & some persons were saying no institution is above the law. Her approach to the issue was wrong & by so doing she lost the support & sympathy of her colleagues. In house resolution would have been the best approach & her suspension wouldn't have lasted this long.

Life
What was her purpose?
Has she achieved it?
What are the personal consequences
Is it worth it
What could she have done differently

Those are the lessons any young person should study

Calm down and reason like a human for at least once .......Natasha wanted to out pace her shadow. Were it for the suspension alone,she would have resumed jejely. But no,women emancipation and independent women mantra wouldn't allow her think ahead....she went to court. Now that her case is in court,she gatz to present those "evidence(s)" she has been holding close or abi inside her heart since. Logically and legally,she can't resume till the outcome of the case. As much as I detest Akpabio with reasons, those old thieves,Wike included,are abreast with legal realities and know to manipulate and arm twist to their favors (God will still punish dem with stroke,liver<kidney issues.......and not the emotional tantrums thrown madam accuser Natash......

No true, the court gave some requirements for her resumption part of which was her to apologize to the Senate, she didn't do it, rather she went to appeal.

Either way suspension date has elapsed so that is a totally different argument.

Once a dispute has been submitted before a Court of Law for adjudication all actions relating to the subject matter of the Suit are stayed.

Akpabio is a useless leader if they go down this path. I personally don't like Natasha . I believe she was just being silly with her allegations .

You have suspended her for 6 months . The 6 months have elapsed . Just reinstate her and if she wins at the supreme court ( depending on outcome of appeal court ) then she can be fully compensated . Preventing her from resuming is an injustice that should be condemned nationally.

You don't know anything about law!
She boxed herself by taking the matter to court. There is an appeal, Senate will make a decision based on the outcome of the court. If the judgment doesn't favour Senate, they will take it to supreme court. Bad advisers like u should continue misleading her. Something that would have been resolved long ago, if only she listened to good advice.

..she has finished serving the 6 months sentence ....
.if u sentence an accused to jail for 10 years and they appeal and the appeal court did not sit till the 10 years is over ....what's left again....u can't keep the person in jail again
