Dede seems genuinely irritated by Isabella (maybe because of her sexually liberal behavior) but she tries to hide it.

Dede seems to also genuinely believe Isabella isn't a worthy competition for her in anything as a woman, which is why the Koyin/Isabella thing might shock her.
