Saying Sultana is not nasty is like seeing something that is obviously black but trying to convince yourself that it is white. Sultana is nasty and it is not a bad thing. It is a reality TV show and it is okay for her to be nasty. No need to justify it. Isabella is equally nasty and I don't see her fans trying to justify it....And please Sultana's nastiness or 'slutiness', has nothing to do with her northern or cultural upbringing. A real Northern brought-up girl would not even do quarter of what Sultana has done. There is no much difference between Isabella and Sultana....they both gave birth at 15 but you don't see Isabella fans defending her behavior.....or you feel Isabella's upbringing didn't contribute to her turning out the way she is. Let's call a spade a spade. There are also southern brought-up girls who don't mind being side chicks both in real life and on reality TV shows and you don't hear people justifying it.....as it is the their personal choice. She is not the first northerner to grace the show please.

By the way, Sultana has low self esteem and it has nothing to do with her tribe or cultural upbringing.

My biggest disappointment this season is Sultana.

Such a beautiful plus-sized girl with natural aura. I feel bad for her life experiences at such a young age. Shes basically a victim of r**e.

Simple answer....even your Koyin's major storyline on this show revolves around Dede. Koyin is just a cast in Dede's storyline. Koyin is only noticed at night when Dede is giving him attention . He only started becoming a bit relevant last week when Isabella started using him as Love Machine to cure her konji

Anybody that is constantly begging man that has supposed girlfriend outside, even when the man is not as considerate of her feelings, has low self esteem .

And yes, I am aware some cultures teach women to sacrifice their self respect for male validation, but contrary to what you're claiming, Sultana has indeed been competing for that male attention, which is why she has had so much vitriol for Dede who didn't do anything to her, it is the same culture Big Soso also came to represent, that made her call a girl ashawo because she was speaking to multiple boys. That is the culture you want to tie to the North, then you claim they're okay with sharing male attention? Someone who is okay with such a thing, will not insult women who have their preferred male's attention.

Also, that someone went through a bad experience, is not an excuse to treat others poorly. Sultana heavily insulted Dede without ever getting to know her, she also said terrible things about Isabella, because of male attention. Being a child bride is not an excuse to be so vile to someone who has done nothing to you. If we start using trauma to excuse poor behaviour, we will also excuse pedophiles like R Kelly, after all, he was abused as a child.

Her behaviour is particularly repulsive, because a woman with daughters should be kinder to women, yet, she is anything but.

I hope she goes for therapy, and learns to stop attacking other women, because she wants male validation. And I also hope she learns self respect while at it.


PS: Do you think the culture you're using to excuse her behaviour towards women, would approve of her sucking off a man on National TV? Or are you one of those that pick and choose which part of a culture you should honor?

Nothing there to enjoy. I just saw my post from the opening weekend and quoted it to drop my thoughts weeks after.

Lineup is awful.

If you can make excuses for Sultana's behaviour, but have vim for how Dede has conducted herself on this show, it tells me what sort of values you hold as an individual.


And she too, has had hard times. She was raised by a single mother, and became emotionally stunted because she spent her childhood trying to be an adult, so, she wouldn't stress that single mother.

She too, struggles with relationships and connections, because of her own childhood trauma, yet, she is pretentious and Sultana is real.

Both of them need therapy, because they are messed up in the head in different ways. I know they will not get it, because Nigerians comfortably live with mental issues all their lives and think nothing of it, because dem never enter street.

I only wish we were a more enlightened people, where mental health is concerned. All the best to both of them, may they find happiness at the end of their journeys.

Some women cannot be hyped like that oo. At times, when emotions and passion enter body, there's nothing or little one can do to control or stop it. Clearly there's nothing or little sultana can do to suppress or stop d emotions and passion she already has for Jason jae.



This is the main reason why I respect Dede game. At least she will definitely feel one of two of her fishes if not all the three sef and one of two other guys in d house but she's been controlling d emotions very well not to misbehave sexually on national TV.

Also, these Housemates in general, lack intelligence, are generally uncreative, no party vibes, just fights and poor English speech and comprehension.

Can't be arsed to watch such an uninspiring group. It is the lack of party vibes that has particularly offended me. I really went from Cross and Sooj to nothing. Just glad nothing caught my eye this season.

Dede put up a very convincing argument personality wise, could have even been my ultimate fave if I bothered to watch and Stan, but she no sabi dance. It's just as well.


Again, the males this season are the worst set of men to ever be on this show. Danboskid was the only decent guy, and he sadly, left early.
