This is not the game that lost us the world cup, it was those first 4 draws. Especially the draws at home to Lesotho and Zimbabwe. These players are shameless. It has nothing to do with the coach. Honestly if I owned an European club I would never sign a Nigerian player.
you're right fam... watching a Nigeria vs match is the worst thing ever

Super Eagles always disappointing, I knew they don't have any chance.

He showed crass! His touches and passes were horrible. As a playmaker, he needs to hold and control the tempo of the game. He appears to be in a rush all time.

I'm not making him largely the scapegoat. There were so many players that performed below average as well. You don't have to agree with my take just as I neither agree nor disagree with yours.
Yes, they have all been horrible and that’s where you were supposed to put full stop. I’m particularly in shock over the fact that out of all the dead woods we fielded today, it’s Iwobi that first crossed your mind. You singled him out despite the fact that he’s arguably the best among the forwards (relatively better because they’re all pathetic)
He made the most passes and created chances that were never converted by our forwards. Lookman and Simon have both been in horrible shapes. Both wingers struggled to dribble past defenders. Our forward started becoming threatening after Dessers was subbed off but the whole event looked more like a rugby match than football.

qualification is not even certain for Benin. They might not be the best loser. Only 4 teams can make dat slot from 9 groups
So 18 possible point can't make best looser? Bro

So sad. We that we are in U.S were hoping at least they will qualify and give us small joy to watch them even if they don't go far but alas Naija never gives one joy cry

Both countries are simply going to the US to mark the attendance register then swiftly return back to their home countries
I would have supported them easily but you show us no love, we will respond in Kind.

Let it be known.

Did you watch the last chan played by homebased Africanplayers, Nigerian team was horrible. Those teams qualifying are using foreign players too.
Erfolg:
We need to start selecting home based players for competition. They are used to the terrain, all this foreign players are just not giving 100%. All these countries qualifying are using homebased players.

We keep talking about home based each time the professionals fails. Check out club performances in African club competitions, and the just concluded CHANG, you know that Nigeria home based are worst. They can't play well at that level with their mates

The problem of Nigeria football is not players but the administrators. This NFF is the most clueless of them all.

They understand football more than we. Techniques, skills, adaptation, stats, creativity, importance, investing, innovation, incentives, scaling and modernizing it.

That Nigerian young defender is fabulous. He was phenomenal in this game. I think this Tolu Arokodare is overrated, he is not sharp enough.
Maybe I don't know how to watch ball though...

It is better they don't go, imagine what Spain would do with this current eagles.....
I wonder when African will ever make it to WC final or even win it.

It very pathetic.

Home based players, even those of high value shouldn’t be given any chance to near the super eagles team for the next 4 years. They are so amateurish.
As at now we are done for. What will make them finish us completely is if we change our minds and put 1 or 2 of them like that yeye Sodiq Ismailia and Ngege into that team.

All I watched is a Nigeria team that is not a team. Our so called professionals are afraid of injury. I won't blame them. They have their career at stake coupled by politics of the day.
I will not be surprise if Osimeh played coming weekend.
