Kogi Central Constituents should seek Legal Recourse Against Senate President

Kogi central constituents can consider alternative legal avenues:
• Judicial Review: If the Senate President’s actions are perceived as infringing upon constitutional rights, constituents can seek judicial intervention. Courts have the authority to review legislative actions and ensure they align with constitutional principles.

• Public Advocacy: Engaging in public campaigns and advocacy can raise awareness and apply pressure for accountability. While not a legal remedy, public opinion can influence political processes.

Kogi Central constituents should write a legal public letter to attorney general of the federation stating that they seek a judicial review as Senator Akpabio is using his position and power to deny them senatorial representation in the senate, They should require him to step aside while his excesses and possible over reach is thoroughly investigated and Tinubu can appoint a special prosecutor.

You have to fight Akpabio's ego...He thinks senate presidency is his inheritance.
Your epistle's skillfully crafted but lack true patriotic spirit. The National Assembly of Federal Republic of Nigeria, as an institution, was desecrated by Natasha's action but you pretends that nothing has happened, hope you realise that other Senators are equally representing other constituencies in Federal Republic of Nigeria, so next time Kogi Central voters will be more prudent, who they vote to represent them, not a contents creator!

Attorney General and Supreme Court that are in Tinubu's pocket. Dey play grin
Even if they are, it should be brought before them officially, history will judge when they had these cases before them and they did nothing. We have to start letting them know that we know the games they play.

The people of Kogi central are more important than akpabio and natasha. If they have issues, they should both step down so that the senate can move forward and the people of Kogi central can get appropriate senatorial representation.

Seat rearrangement dramatised to sexual harassment claim..., if there's any to step down that must be Natasha.

And you think the world was blind when you people where hailing and urging Natasha to go about saying what she can't prove undecided

You people should keep crying until the court brings judgment to the same case Natasha went to them for.

This sentiment weeping won't work.
You beat a child and expect the child not to cry?Anyway make una pray say him no go leave that position o let him remain there for life because if he loses that cover of that position, those whom may have an axe to grind with him may come to collect their pound of flesh, you know how politics works, that's if God doesn't help them get it first.

The court barred the senate from suspending her, they went ahead to suspend her citing that the court can't stop the senate from carrying out their duties....

Now, they are referring to pending court case as a reason they can't allow her to resume
What an irony. They're only referring the court when it favours them.

Human beings will always say what they like… even when a robber is arrested… some will justify his deeds while others will castigate the deed. But the moral aspect is sure that because there is no job out there, should one resort to armed robbery? These politicians in the Senate chamber have forgotten that power is ephemeral and the world is watching their activities. Why are we like this? Trying to stop another member from resuming after her six months suspension and waiting for the court to rule first ,is unconstitutional. And some people here are supporting the decision. That is why it will be difficult for the nation to move forward or be respected in the comity of nations. When will these people change and follow the constitution for the good of the people and the country ? It is so sad! One day they will leave that chamber whether they like it or not. They can’t be there forever, that is certain! So terrible!

NASS has it's standing rules.
Natasha went to court, failed to comply with court judgement, now wants to resume base in the fact that suspension period is over.
Yet, part of the case is still ongoing in court.
We should call a spade a spade.
Let her withdraw all court cases and apologize to NASS for the embarrassment she caused the institution.
Or she stays away and await the final judgement, which might get to the SC, and her term will be over by then.
Why are some of you sounding like Yaba left patients? So you guys know better than the SANs above that are repudiating teu senate or you are just interested in seeing unlawful and evil acts on a woman just ts because she's not in APC

The senate is embarrassing the country before the international community and see how they are laughing at on online esp African pages.
