The government should arrest him for abuse of office . All those people he scammed should also take him to court as well as the FG in whose capacity he perpetuated the crime .

How can you sack someone for scamming quietly ? I am sure someone else fell victim after the sack prompting them to issue public statement . But an alleged yahoo boy is paraded publicly without investigation . No quiet investigation. Shame on them

Yahoo boys are picked up mostly on money laundry charges.

EFCC then squeezes them to spill on how they arrived at such large sums in their accounts.

The golden rule is never to admit to anything or say anything until your lawyer is present.

Those yahoo guys are mostly daft and ignorant of their rights and how the legal system works.

Nigeria's 419 code specifically states that there must be a complainant for a fraud investigation and prosecution to commence.

This is akin to murder vases were a dead body must be found to ascertain the there was indeed a murder that is why the police will drill a murder suspect to reveal the location of the dead victim .

In summary, yahoo boys are daft and don't know that the only thing to do if no incriminating evidence tying them to fraud is found is to demand for a lawyer and shut up.

Even going through their phones without a valid court order is illegal and that alone can see to any charges in future dismissed as a search on their phones was not carried out with a valid court warrant .

They are not a court of competent jurisdiction to give you a verdict on an ongoing criminal investigation that may or may not end up in criminal proceedings

Only a court of law can rule if he is guilty of what the petitioners against him can rule and not his now former employer.

If a Lady goes to your place of work and harasses you before your employer and clients of raping her and your employer sees it as bringing their organization to disrepute and decide its better for their corporate image to have you relieved of your position , should they now be telling every of their client that you are guilt as accused of the allegation of rape?
