Go and ask any experienced lawyer in Nigeria, the hardest thing to do in Nigerian court is proving that an election was rigged. What most politicians that reclaimed their mandates after election usually use to do so is mostly based on technicalities not prove of rigging cos it's not always easy to prove in Nigerian electoral tribunal.

Peter Obi could prove it to become Governor but he doesn't now have proof to show.

Peter Obi contested on a party without solid structure so there was no way to prove it in court with much evidence.


It was because of Labour Party's lack of strong structure in all 36 states that made it possible for INEC/Tinubu to manipulate the results in favour of Tinubu.


If you take away the massive votes INEC removed from Obi's total votes and added to Tinubu's votes in Lagos, Rivers, Benue, Plateau, Borno and Oyo, you will understand that truly Peter Obi won the 2023 Presidential election but it's fine if you don't agree with this, it's well understood but one day, God and nature will give you same injustice Peter Obi was given by INEC and the ruling government of Buhari just because he is Igbo

Obidient Movement is made up of mostly enlightened and well educated youths who are gainfully employed. Their demand for a better Nigeria is mostly using write ups, press statements, videos and civilized mediums, they don't believe in physical violence and have never engaged in one, so there was no way they could have turned into physical chaos.


Peter Obi is a very gentle man, his former spokesman Barr. Kenneth Okonkwo also noted this and saw it as a weakness in Nigerian politics which he cited as part of the reasons he left cos he believes Obi can't get to Aso Rock through being civil and following orderly protocols. He said Obi cannot defend people's votes for him, that when he was rigged out he did nothing serious to prove it and reclaim his mandate and that's why he is also agitating for the coalition party not to use Peter Obi that he cannot defend people's vote for him.


So it's not a matter of Obi couldn't prove he won in court, with Labour Party having a very shallow structure nationwide, it wasn't going to be easy to prove in court. Only irev could have showed us the truth but INEC intentionally shut it down

The rigging started from polling units.

I came in for that election, I was fully on ground. My uncle was an LGA party Chairman for LP in Lagos. In my own estate, Peter Obi won, in fact I did a bet with some rich and popular APC supporters in my estate, it was fun, I told them Peter Obi will win all the 3 polling units in our estate, they said Obi won't get one.


Before our eyes, after the whole election, we stood there and counted and to everybody's surprise, Peter Obi won all the 3 polling units with wide margin, APC Senatorial candidate won 2 polling units while PDP won 1, LP won none.

For House of Reps, APC won 1, LP won 2, PDP none. We all copied the results and laughed cos we had spots people sat happily and we even provided drinks and discussed the election happily, APC, PDP, LP.


I was the one that said let me even check if it has been uploaded on irev, to my surprise, later in the evening, it was uploaded on irev but a doctored result showing Tinubu won all the 3 polling units. I rushed out and was lucky to meet one of those rich APC guys, I showed it to him, he laughed so hard, he said shebi he told me and my people not to waste our vote on Peter Obi, that even if the whole Nigeria vote for Obi, that there was no way Peter Obi will be declared President under APC government, that I should go and write it down. I told him to relax that we are waiting for other results that Obi will shock them, alas he was right anyway.


This rigging and massive change of result happened mostly in:

Lagos
Rivers
Borno
Benue
Plateau
Oyo

It was massive vote reduction from Peter Obi's votes and added to Tinubu's own, stop defending injustice and evil cos life is funny, it will come back to you when you never expected it, just remove your mouth from that evil 2023 Presidential election in which Peter Obi got robbed before everyone's eyes. Stop defending it, Tinubu never won, Obi did.


Have you ever asked yourself why INEC suddenly stopped uploading polling unit results even after the election which they were doing gradually? It was after people started raising alarm that the result they uploaded was different from what they snapped and recorded at their polling units. This thing is common sense. INEC and Tinubu robbed Peter Obi. And ask any lawyer, the hardest thing to do in Nigerian court is to prove election rigging. What politicians usually use to reclaim their mandate after election is not even proof of election rigging, its usually based on election technicalities, etc

Peter Obi got very good votes in Christian populated Northern states like:

Borno
Adamawa
Kaduna
Nasarawa
Taraba
Sokoto
Benue
Plateau
Abuja

And you know the nature of Christians both in North and South, they don't do violent protest because of election. It's mostly Muslim Almajiris that do violent protests, and they are mostly found in Muslim dominant Northwestern states where Obi didn't get a lot of votes, so there was no way they could protest and another thing about the North is, if the candidate is not a Muslim Northerner, they will never put their whole body to it, so there was no way they could have protested because of Peter Obi.

Those that voted for Peter Obi in the North were mostly youths and some enlightened Northerners and then Christians too, they did it because Peter Obi's campaign and promises resonated with their wishes not for any other thing. You guys need to understand this.


I am very serious, Peter Obi won 2023 Presidential election, it was a clear robbery.


If you remove the massive votes Wike added to Tinubu's votes in Rivers and add it back to Peter Obi, the margin will reduce drastically.


If you then add all the votes Obi got in Lagos which was removed and added to Tinubu, the margin might even become equal, then add that of Borno, Plateau, Benue, etc, you will see that Peter Obi won the election hands down

When obi went to court, he didn't dispute the result. He just wanted the president disqualified. Why? because as an igbo man, it's a soul wrenching painful experience seeing a Yoruba man they so much hate be president. Despite hiring a lawyer "that never lost an argument since he was in primary school", he still lost woefully. Obi can't come out and say he won the election. He may be a deveroper (which means he's naturally dense as rocks), but he knows he can come out and say that he won, as sane people (not his fabled advisers) would laugh him off the park.
