Fulani don't have a traditional ruler anywhere, Seriki Fulani is no more than family head who can be consulted for disputes and a representative of the Fulani to the traditional head of wherever they congregate. Seriki Fulani is a chief appointed by the traditional leader of the locality where they serve.

Abia man is not a Yoruba man,that's the difference,even in the North,some of the governors are not from that state,what unite us is our tribe and ancestry,Yoruba from from Lagos,Yoruba man from Ogun, Yoruba man from OSun are all YORUBA PEOEPLE,but you can't from different tribe entirely claim to have such right with them,but you fit try as an Abia to become governor in Kano or Kaduna Sha,May be they won't have a problem with it
