Staff strength not fit pass 1k. It would be for capital and recurrent of course. They will sure look for what to spend it on.

They will surely recruit many, buy official cars, renovate/build offices, increase salaries & Allowances etc to spend more…….

Exactly, you go dey see different alerts like how it was in NDDC back then. Hardship, Seminars go full everywhere, international trips etc. Money must be spent. 😂😂😂
