The case has been in court long before now but it had no solid ground for any judgement to be passed because INEC had not formally recognized David Mark and Aregbesola as Chairman and Secretary. 1 Like |

Putindbutt:What I am saying is. Because INEC have recognized Mark and Shola is the reason why Nafiu 's case had a proper standing. What would the courts have ruled if INEC doesn't recognize Mark and Shola as Chairman and Secretary. 1 Like |
