Thanks, Canada is not heaven, and in my experience of travelling, no documents are too many, as you can only submit what you have at your disposal. I have stated most of the documents presented for the application. Can you advise on documents to submit and not to submit? Or better still, document to remove for the next application and to add for the next application.

Please, can you help with the documents that will not confuse the VO? Because if these documents confuse the VO of Canada, then there is a high chance it will confuse the VO of other countries you are asking me to try. Please advise on a criticism that will end positively.

I had asked the below questions in my previous post. Can you comments on each questions respectively;

What more economically established and socio-economic ties did they want? - Please guide me
What more documents will compel someone to come back to his/her home country - Please guide me
What more sufficient will i add when i have already provided over 1.5m and monthly salary and over 35m? - Please guide me
What more property will i add when i have already provided 3 and one ongoing warehouse construction for her business? - Please Guide me

You and i know that if there is any discrepancies, they will flag it for you.

Please look at my message and guide me on what more to provide as additional documents for the next submission.

Hi bro, so let me first of all say that the documents submitted were never too much. Like I told you earlier, the challenge is not what was submitted but the fact that it lacked credibility before the VO. In submitting an application, a story that looks credible must be told. Let us wait for the results of the reconsideration. I believe mama would be granted and then let me know so I can work with you for your sister's application. I am not a visa agent but I have helped several people and I do not do it for any fee please. Just voluntary. There is a way to tell a story with your documentation. Just keep me in the loop concerning decisions for the reconsideration. Nothing to worry about bro. Blessed day

I raised a webform July-2025 and got this response from Canada-Lagos Immigration Centre. Tho, my agent is kinda hard mehnnn. He wont give out the login details easily. I had My upfront since July-2024, had my biometrics Feb-2025..Guys,, plz,,no insults ooo,,plz,,what are my chances of getting a PPR especially since i had my biometrics in Feb-2025. (V1122223343)
Also, when i went for my biometrics at VFS Centre, i was told to drop my own email address and contact detail that i'll definitely get a response directly from IRCC. it has been 8months and counting. no response except the one in the screenshot after i raised a webform.

I also heard that getting a response from Canada-Lagos Immigration Centre is positive sign even if i didnt use the registered mail to raise the webform. Source said that it simply means that my application is now being handle in Lagos an not Nairobi and possibly that the final stage.. I might be wrong but i just need clarity without insults..

Hi, do you have your UCI number? If you do, and I see you also have your Application number, it’s best to request your GCMS notes using your own email address. You’ll be requesting an update on your application status, and they will reply with details of your case—whether it has been refused, approved, or (God forbid) banned. Thanks.

Frankly, I looked at all the documents you sent and it was exactly what's needed however the Academic document e.g you ND, B.sc wasnt neccessary, Letter from your community leader wasn't necessary.. These guys may think you are desperate to come to Canada and won't want to come back. Ordinarily your documents submitted would have gotten your visa approved, I believe they didnt just want to issue the Visa, I would advice instead of reapplying, get an Ircc immigration lawyer for them to write a reconsideration Letter, most people get there Visa's after this Letter is sent within few days.. They will look at your application calmly and reconsider. Try that before reapplying because I don't know what other document you would send as you had already sent more than enough maybe letter from your ancestor is left..

Does this mean the validity period will not be decided until I submit my passport after PPR?

And, as I'm awaiting the outcome of my visitor visa application but the passport I submitted will expire in May 2027, can I go and quickly renew my passport for 10 years to see if I will be lucky to get a 10 year visitor visa?

No, it is not a must especially if your reason for visiting is genuine, they are now advanced at detecting fraudulent applications where applicants concoct all sorts of lies only to get in and do the exact opposite of all they stated in their application.
To get approval:
Ensure proof of fund is verifiable, accessible and sufficient.
Provide a strong home tie to your home country (country of origin or permanent residence).
Detailed information about the purpose of visit in your statement of purpose.
Declare previous refusals.
Include evidence of travel history.

The first time I'm hearing people who got Visas attach Letter from there King, it's way too much frankly, the VO may feel you are very desperate probably reason he refused.. So you walked to your community leader and asked him for a write up? hehehehe.. truthfully do you intend to return if visa is granted?

Hello Everyone. I'm a bit confused cos ive not heard this before. I applied for visitor visa for my mother inlaw. She was denied twice and eventually accepted at the 3rd time. Now my mother inlaw went to submit her passport in lagos which is where she did her biometrics. She told me she was asked if her visa has been denied before which she said yes. She was told she would pay N38,800 because of that. Then again she was told she would pay another N25,500 for visa transmission fee and digital transmission haulage. I was like what is all this Normally what is their business with visa refusal and why are they charging for it? Also why are they asking for transmission fee. I know you pay transmission fee when you submit your passport to a different country than where you did your biometrics. As far as I'm concerned she has been scammed by the vfs guys. She also received a paper for a "dihsxpress" which is supposed to be a courier company that would transfer her passport even though she didn't request courier service. Intried searching for the company but their website is blocked and no other info on them. Any ideas guys.

They did the same thing to me. It’s the Vfs people who liaise with the criminal courier company. Not only do they scam unsuspecting people, they also delay the passport transmission process.

I reported VFS to IRCC.
The VFS manager called me to apologize

He pretended like he didn’t know anything about it and it was a new staff that just got employed that made the “error” and he will correct her

I’m not a fool, he is in on it.

That’s the way they generate their own personal money in the office

I reported to VFS too. They were asking me the name of the staff, whereas, none of them was wearing ID. The manager and everyone at VFS Lagos is part of the scam.

I wish we could all come together and report this scam/ extortion to IRCC or the Embassy. ALL the staff at Vfs Lagos are hardened criminals.

Exposing them with hard facts on twitter or any other social media is a good start
