How can someone invest in Nigeria. Is it better to build house for rent or buy land and resell in future. I will also appreciate other good suggestions. Thank you BTW: like how much would it cost to build a nice 4 bedroom bungalow or duplex in Ibadan. |

How much capital you've got and your investment preference. As per your question about the cost of building your a house in Ibadan... It is cheaper to buy a distress sales house and renovate/refurbish it to your taste. |
