That said, I’m excited to announce that the Aircacao Business Plan is now live on GitHub as an open repository 🎉

This means anyone can now read, improve, and contribute directly to the plan, whether it’s refining the market analysis, tightening the strategy, or even just fixing typos and formatting.

Incentive for contributors:
The top 5 contributors (by quality and impact) will collectively share 0.5% equity in Aircacao. It’s our way of recognizing that great ideas and improvements that can come from anywhere or anyone.

We’ve set up:

I'd like to share a suggestion based on the earlier discussions in this thread.

It seems that providing a full tour package directly through the airline might not be feasible. However, what if we explored the possibility of creating complementary services that work alongside the airline—services that naturally encourage or require the use of that airline?

Let me give an example: Similar to how OPay launched Okada services to drive adoption of its payment platform, we could develop related services that enhance travel and make the airline the preferred or default choice.

Are there opportunities to build services—like curated experiences, logistics support, or regional partnerships—that integrate closely with the airline and add value for travelers?

Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone is already exploring something similar.

While embedding full tour packages directly into the airline may be complex at this stage, the idea of building complementary services that enhance the travel experience and drive airline loyalty is right on target. Your OPay example is a great example; creating adjacent value that reinforces the core platform.

At AirCacao, we want to be more than just an airline; we’re building the infrastructure layer for commerce, export, tourism, and regional connectivity. So ideas like:

- Curated farm-to-factory experiences,
- Tours and trade fairs,
- And regional service bundles (transport, customs, cold chain)…

…could absolutely tie into making AirCacao the “default choice” for both travelers and entrepreneurs.
