All that could have been avoided if she consulted with an engineer on how to build the damn thing. You can't use such thin metal to construct something that big without any reinforcement and expect it to stand the pressure of being lifted especially after intense heat. The construction of that thing should use more reinforcement than some single room apartments.

But when we talk, they call it hatred. Lol.

First mistake was not adding a turning mechanism like you see in a cement mixer that would be able to agitate the food while it's cooks thereby evenly distributing the seasoning and other ingredients.

Second mistake was the type of metal used. That thing was too light. Without any rebar reinforcement, it was only a matter of time and even with reinforcement, they still need to be careful not to lift it when it's still very hot or find a way to rapidly cool it down before lifting it. There's a reason the Indians dig a pit for their pots when cooking such.

Please don't let us think every setback is caused by spiritual attack. That notion alone doesn't allow someone to progress in life.
In as much as I believe that "village people" exist and they are powerful, there are still other natural phenomenon that can cause Hilda Bici gigantic pot to fall, the pressure is much and that particular iron leg is not strong like others, that's just a technician hitches, not any village people.
Please My friend, if you really have God as your only backup, you won't fear any village people and you will progress easily.

You can't use just any adogon for this kind of feat.
It must be food grade stainless steel with good heat retention capacity..
There should have been a separate stand alone fabrication where the pot sits in just for the hoisting task.
That puts less pressure on the pot while being hoisted..

If more youths would shun white collar and venture into welding metal forging we will create high quality products.

They calculated size without calculating weight of water, ingredients, rice, final weight if all went through heat and rises, how the durability of the material in its cold and hot temperatures.... None of these was put into consideration. I believe it was "how big it'll be to contain 20 bags of rice" was only what they calculated.

Is it the weight that will break the record? ... and how does that work? ...is it the combined weight of pot and rice? ..or the pot was weighed before and its weight will be subtracted from the total weight of pot and rice? I'm confused as to what it takes to make or break the record.

It would be been much better and economical if the tank of a tanker was cut to make the pot. This pot was just like a huge basin ... no like cross beans for support. Guessing they made the pot ... tested it by filling it with water...and figured it was strong enough ...but never factored in heat. Hmmm ...in saner climes ... whoever made the pot would've been explaining to the judge ...the judge will be pressing calculator for judgement amount.
