In a country of 200 + million people, how can primary school pupils be up to 50 million in number ? I don't understand. The ideal number should not be more than 25 million . And why do you want to feed pupils who are not in school? Do you know their homes? 500 naira per meal to feed a student ? These people are jokers.

Fix the Economy, empower their parents, they will be able to feed their children comfortably.
