Dangote should at least have a little mercy on the poor masses. He’d been milking the country solely for decades with any major revolution from the masses. If making the price of fuel products affordable is the only major contribution towards the masses, it will be well appreciated. |

Half truth and different operating regime. For now I will still only buy from Dangote. NNPC has been taking advantage of us. |

Is that how you want to annex his business? Yoruba people sef, always believing you are smart. All of a sudden he is an enemy , but you supported him against better judgement? It's surprising that a Dangote that sells the most expensive cement in Africa, even though he doesn't import cement, is the epitome of a successful business man to you. aribisala0: |

Shimbo96:Does the importer sell N65 cheaper than dangote is selling? How is dangote the part of the hardship? Is he responsible for tinubus policies? |

Bovis:This is an opinion. not a fact Today is Sunday it does not need explanation So you don't explain facts Hopefully you have enough schooling to know the difference Once again how do you know ? So you should be able to tell us the dates , the price the quantity and the name of the buyer . Stating also the price in Nigeria on those dates showing 65 Naira difference Not 75 or 15 but 65 . If you don't have that you are just speculating That is what evidence is |

LegendHero:Why?!! It's a business meant for profit. If he has far lower costs of doing business in other countries, of course the price would be lower. Dangote can't be and has never been more loyal to Nigerians than his bank accounts. |

princepee:Or what happened to those government refineries which Tinubu said have started working under him along with Dangote refinery too? You know how much those refineries gulp? APC and lamba. It’s just a shame that Nigerians forget so quick about these shameless government led by a thieving, selfish and unscrupulous personality. |

Why does NNPC not sell at rates cheaper than Dangote? Why does NNPC always have to wait for Dangote to bring down prices before they reduce their own price. Dangote is a private business and he chose to sell at whatever price he likes, but what about NNPC? |

Bar1941:He is a Capitalist and a private business man. There can be no sentiments in business. He can't be paying massive taxes and charges to your leaders and still subsidise his products to the masses... His venture will not survive it. |

As how naa?? Dangote fuel cheaper in lome than in naija? Could it be that it is an export free zone so exports is made to Togo without local taxes, when it arrives Togo the country also may have little or no tax on the products there by making it cheaper. Anyway, anything that concerns naija always has kleg. |

Then go and buy from Togo where it's cheaper now. He's under no obligation to give you free discounts. It's a free market. These guys are just greedy and some commentators here are too simple (to be polite) |

Aonkuuse:Don't believe everything these Association and that Association are saying. They are only after their interest, not Nigerians interest. What is their business if DANGOTE chose to dash his fuel to Togo, Ghana, Mali or even Burkno Faso. His oil his money |

LegendHero:Why? Nigeria has one of the lowest fuel prices in the world. The refining industry, led by Dangote, has significantly increased Nigeria's manufacturing output, which would lead to the development of a petrochemical, fertiliser and chemical industry. Nigeria seriously needs leadership that would prioritise indigenous industrial development over this insecure import-oriented economy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6a4XKbW1uqg

From Cement, floor and now Petroleum products, his products are always cheaper elsewhere than his immediate environment. His cement sells cheaper than in Kogi where his factories are! This guy is the greatest parasite that feeds fat from ordinary Nigerians. Always at the corridors of power, scheming for all sorts of preferential treatments. He wants to beat Elon Musk and the rest on the back of long suffering Nigerians. Dangote doesn't care. All his life is dedicated into milking Nigerians dry. It has been like this since the 80s! All the promises made about lowering the cost of Petroleum pump prices have stalled and he has the whole media houses in his pocket. This man is more of a problem to Nigerians |

It's the Tinubu cabal that are forcing him to sell at higher cost in order not to totally undercut they that are importing. |

Aonkuuse:Asked if it was cheaper to import petrol than to buy from the Dangote refinery, Adewole said, “It’s not all the time that it is cheaper. But there are instances in which it was cheaper to buy from international markets, and not only did we buy from international markets, we bought from international traders that Dangote sold to.” The cartels are fighting back, don't forget that they can still import from abroad. The richest downstream player now in Nigeria is Sayyu Idris Dantata who is Dangotes cousin, Director of Logistics of Dangote refinery and CEO of MRS. He's the one giving nupeng, dappman and IPMAN a good run for their troubles. Who will ever think that a whole nupeng will be rubbished someday 🤷🏿 |
