The trial was on, he said he didn't want the judge and they the judge had to recuse herself, the ministry of justice have him another judge, this happened after he went wild in the court room.

The trial had to start afresh. He is the reason why he is still on trial not the justice system.
He asked for a new judge and restarted the process

What you've stated sounds very smart, until you realize there's such a thing as an expedited trial so as to lay the matter to rest. I'm sure he didn't request for this new judge last week?
