Says someone who along with his boss, OBJ couldn't pass the PIB into law till they left office, PDP throughout their sixteen years couldn't pass the bill into law until Buhari did in 2021. But this shameless politician has the gut to come out to talk. The most corrupt VP in the history of Nigeria. |

With APC almost constituting 2/3rd of the Senate, it’s time for Tinubu to start strategically selling Nigeria to himself and his cronies. Wish should never have allowed this disaster get into power. I blame the cabals who switched Peter Obi’s mandate for this kleptomaniac. |

The reported plans to reduce the Federation’s stakes in joint ventures such as RAEC JV, Oando JV, and Seplat Energy JV,And what's wrong in reducing our liabilities in joint ventures?, Mr Atiku. This is the same man who openly said he would sell off Nigeria's 100% stakes in our refineries to his friends and cronies. Can you smell the hypocrisy and double standards of Atiku miles away?, the inconsistencies and lack of integrity. Atiku, take a several seat back and rest, Nigerians have rejected you a long time ago. -Kiss the truth! |

zero8zero:The man is a snake, they do worse while in Govt and after leaving office, they become saints. Can you imagine that even his oga, Obasanjo is now accusing the NASS of corruption, that's the President that introduced Ghana must go bag to the same NASS under his watch. And that's why the coalition and the criticisms of the Government isn't about Nigeria but the greed to get back to power, since they can hardly survive without power. However, they have failed woefully this time. -Kiss the truth! |

AMINDA:State capture how? What is state capture in an attempt to amend a law? Will the law not pass through the Senate and the Federal House of Representatives? Can you break down exactly what is wrong with the proposed amendment and how it constitutes state capture? For 8 years, Atiku and the PDP government failed to reform the oil industry. Instead, Atiku as chairman of the National Council on Privatization sold almost half of our national assets to himself at giveaway prices. He came on national television before the last general election and boasted that he will sell the NNPC to his friends. So, what advice can such a character offer the government? When people are talking about certain things, Atiku should keep quiet. |

Penguin2:Other than the usual politicization of almost everything, there is nothing reasonable in this your post. Mr. President is reforming Nigeria. From fuel subsidy to unification of the exchange rate to the revitalization of the insurance sector and recent massive reform of our tax system. Now, he’s attempting to carryout a full reform of the Petroleum Industry by trying to amend the PIA to help reposition the sector for better efficiency. What exactly is the disaster in all these? |

Mr. President's undiluted Romance with Paris is giving me concern with regards to National Security. The amended might render us penniless if what Oga Atiku said is true. Those throwing energy transitions about are yet to transit |

zero8zero:Abeg, who do you like this? You didn’t read the article, that one is clear, because if you did, you wouldn’t be disgracing yourself with ignorance like it’s a national assignment. Every small thing, you drag PDP as if that will wash APC’s monumental failure clean. Your APC has redefined corruption; they don’t just steal, they steal with pride and call press conferences after. Yet you’re here shouting “Atiku is corrupt.” Please, Professor Evidence, can you show us the court judgment that convicted him? Or is it only in your WhatsApp group university that such cases are decided? |

zero8zero:16 years of deregulation and privatisation prosperity that APC changed to extreme poverty shege in 2015? Is that what you’re talking about ![]() How is Atiku the most corrupt VP when he had no executive authority over government spending? Is he more corrupt than Tinubu, whose Lagos master plan raised IGR and budget to N3.4 trillion from N42 billion, without employing workers to make ordinary water available in sophisticated Lekki? fergie001: |

ibabz: Faposky95:Ignorance is bliss. APC is reviving this same oil industry that your power grabbers destroyed while in office. APC signed the PIB into law and now we have investors indicating interests in building private refineries. We now record increase in crude oil production, and the lowest crude oil theft in 16 years, oil theft and pipeline vandalism are now at an all time low. All of these, while the international price is much lower than the period PDP was in power. This current administration has also implemented a drill or drop policy to revive all our dormant oil wells, which has so far , over 42 oil wells are back to production. I feel so sorry for you, bitterness & hate had done a huge number on you. Once again, ignorance is bliss. |

iwaeda:Ose our reasonable opposition leader unlike the one dishing out fake statistics like no tomorrow. Let me ruin the evening for the fake unfriendly Lovers of Nigeria. Inflation rates just dropped for the fifth consecutive time since April. The master of the game is the one in control. Before the election you will buy a bag of Rice for #20,000. Quote this. For the first time in the history of Nigeria we are seeing the prices of things coming down. Rice was #100,000 a bag now #50,000 and it's going down to #20,000. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2025/09/breaking-nigerias-inflation-rate-eases-5th-consecutive-month-to-20-12-in-august/ |

zero8zero:We know you don't like Atiku but stop spreading lies along with your fellows. You want OBJ and Atiku to pass something into law that did not exist before then. Simple research you will not do before commenting. You think in a place like Nigeria it's easy to pass somethings into law when another section will fee that they are doing it to favour the other. Up till now the benefits for host community that the bill address to benefits them they are yet to be enjoying such benefits. |

zero8zero:Not just that, did Atiku show transparency, accountability, national interest and future of the nation when he was selling Ajaokuta steel, petrochemical industries, newsprint manufacturing company, steel plants and others during his tenure as vice president? If he did, where are the benefits of such sale today? I am not against the principles he was mentioning, but did he uphold those principles when he was selling our national assets for peanuts to his friends? |
